SF City Workers Headed Back To The Office

Thousands of city workers in San Francisco are now back in the office. Under Mayor Daniel Lurie’s directive, some eight-thousand city workers came back to the office Monday and are expected in the office four days a week going forward. The move is part of Lurie’s mandate to return city staff back to pre-pandemic levels at the office. Supporters say the returns will help small businesses near those offices as well, since people will be out buying coffee or food before heading in.
