Dodgers’ star Shohei Ohtani and his agent are accused of sabotaging a 240-million-dollar luxury housing development project on Hawaii’s Big Island. A lawsuit recently filed in Hawaii Circuit Court names Ohtani and his agent, Nez Balelo. The lawsuit was filed by real estate developer Kevin Hayes and real estate broker Tomoko Matsumoto. They claim Ohtani got them fired from working on the development on the Hapuna Coast, which the pair had brought him in to endorse. The lawsuit also claims Balelo increasingly demanded concessions from Hayes and Matsumoto, before demanding their business partner drop them from the deal.
