Many Californians still don’t know who they’ll get behind for governor. An Emerson College poll shows that 38% of voters are undecided, down from 54% in April. Former Representative Katie Porter leads with 18% support. Republican commentator Steve Hilton follows with 12% support. Other Democratic candidates in the poll received single-digit support, including Riverside Sheriff Chad Bianco, former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, and former HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra. Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis, who withdrew from the race, also had single-digit support.
