The owner of Sacramento restaurant Bacon & Butter says he’s trying to figure out how to stay ahead of criminals who have repeatedly broken into his business this year.
Bacon and Butter has been burglarized twice and their sister restaurant, Green Room, has suffered one break-in, according to the owners.
Billy Zoellin says he’s frustrated at the costs of having to not only replace windows but lost revenue to him and his employees from having to close and repair damages. Thieves even stole their safe in May and a nearby business owner says she’s moving to another location because she’s been assaulted and attacked at her business.
Sacramento Police Department officials say they’ll be increasing patrols in the area.
